RETURNS POLICY
THREE REASONS FOR RETURNS
- Defective Item.
- The wrong Item Shipped.
- Wrong Size.
All items must be returned in a new and unused condition. We will not accept items that have been washed or worn; that smell of detergent, cologne, smoke, etc.; have stains, holes, or other blemishes, etc.
All returns must be authorized.
Return authorizations must be requested within 14 days of the original ship date.
If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
Shipping costs are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
