I have been charged and I'm having trouble accessing the videos on the App

Sometimes the in-app purchases don't always sync perfectly.

If you have made an in-app purchase and you are having trouble accessing the content in the App, you will need to go and restore your purchase to get your account synced.

Please restore the purchase by following the instructions below;

  1. Open the app
  2. Click on the account tab
  3. If logged in, please log out
  4. Once confirmed you have logged out, Click Join Now, or go to the browse page and click on a video
  5. Tap already a subscriber
  6. Tap restore purchase

If you receive an error message after clicking the Restore Purchase button, kindly screenshot the error message and screenshot your payment and send these to us so we can review it and investigate it further.
